All of this information is stored centrally on our servers, benefiting from our unbeatable commitment to security and reliability.
You can access everything in the way that suits you best: through a secure web page; using a popular program such as Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express or Entourage; or even using your mobile phone or Blackberry.
Our first virtual hq is based on Microsoft Exchange and Microsoft Windows Server, on top of which we have layered anti virus and anti spam protection. This service is fully managed and hosted for you - placing an enterprise level system at your disposal, without the investment but with the ability to grow with your team; as such, it suits smaller organisations very well. It also works well for organisations that want to make full use of Microsoft Outlook and the collaboration tools in Microsoft Office 2003.
Our second virtual hq is based open 'open source' software - on top of which we layer a powerful anti virus scanner, together with anti spam protection specially configured for the political sector. As this approach has higher upfront costs for installation, but lower licence costs for each user, it is best suited for slightly larger organisations. It also comes a close second to Exchange in its ability to interface well with Microsoft Outlook and Outlook Express - yet also provides a discussion forum, knowledge base, frequently asked questions and more advanced project management.
